Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist L1.5 based in Bengaluru South. The individual will handle day-to-day technical support requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers in resolving concerns related to Meolaa's products or services. Responsibilities also include delivering exceptional customer support, escalating complex cases as required, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve user concerns effectively
- Analytical Skills for diagnosing problems and identifying solutions
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a positive and professional service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
