Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist - ERP Operations with 2-3 years of experience in supporting ERP software. The ideal candidate will work a night shift and must have a 30-day notice period or be an immediate joiner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to customers through tickets, ZOOM Meetings, email, or chat for ERP functional issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to product functionality, configuration, and data migration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, quality assurance) to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates on issue resolutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze complex problems using problem-solving techniques such as troubleshooting methodologies.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry developments
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in ERP technical/functional support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems' functionalities, including customization options.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
