Key Responsibilities:
- Customer support – Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
- Technical troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Documentation – Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Service quality – Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaboration – Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
