Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Technical Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with clients to diagnose technical problems, implement solutions, and report recurring issues for further analysis. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and analyze complex technical concerns of mechanical field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to managing technical challenges.
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the power transmission or related industry is a plus however freshers can also apply.
