🚀 Hiring: Technical Support Specialist | Gurgaon | Rotational Shift
Are you passionate about solving customer issues and working with global teams? We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting learning platforms and customer solutions.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Experience: 2–4 Years

🔹 What you’ll do:
• Provide technical support to customers across learning platforms
• Resolve issues via ticketing systems and ensure timely closure
• Manage customer escalations with professionalism
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver seamless support
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements
• Generate reports and insights based on customer requests
• Ensure compliance with global processes and data regulations
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support / customer support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling customer escalations
• Good analytical skills for reporting and issue resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Exposure to LMS / eLearning platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP or similar platforms is an added advantage
