Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide excellent customer support, and ensure optimal system performance. You will analyze technical problems, communicate with clients to address their concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose, resolve, and document client issues.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and address technical and customer challenges effectively.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to prioritize client needs and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
