Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. This role includes collaborating with customers to resolve technical challenges, documenting solutions, and providing professional customer support to enhance user experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting technical issues
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with IT security and network systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent, are advantageous
