Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Support Specialist. The Specialist will handle day-to-day technical support tasks, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries, offering guidance and training to users, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery. The role requires analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for software and hardware-related inquiries
- Proficiency in Customer Support and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction levels
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage
