Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Gurugram. The Technical Support Specialist will provide high-quality technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyze and address customer concerns, and ensure prompt resolutions to maintain client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining detailed records of support interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Technical Support: Strong knowledge and experience in providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction: Proven ability to handle client inquiries effectively while ensuring a positive customer support experience.
- Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges with precision and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram.
- Relevant certifications in IT or technical fields (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, or other related certifications) are a plus.
- Experience in cybersecurity or managed IT services will be considered advantageous.
