Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Gurugram. The Technical Support Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as delivering technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing troubleshooting processes for hardware, software, and network-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues, creating documentation for recurring problems, and maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Exceptional Customer Support skills with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Advanced Analytical Skills to diagnose and address technical issues efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members
- Experience in IT infrastructure and security management is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
