Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing customer support, and offering troubleshooting and guidance to clients. Additionally, the role includes ensuring customer satisfaction and relaying feedback to the relevant departments for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively resolve software and hardware issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve technical challenges efficiently
- Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
