Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Panaji. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored telematics solutions. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business targets. This role requires proactive communication to effectively present product features and benefits to clients and manage the sales cycle successfully.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to achieve sales goals and foster business growth.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction by providing exceptional and efficient support to clients.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented onsite environment in Panaji and meet objectives with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus.
- Prior experience with telematics or similar industries is an advantage.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
