At Artos Software, we build simple, powerful Shopify apps used by over 30,000 merchants. Our products include:
- STOQ – Back-in-stock alerts and preorders
- Filemonk – Digital downloads for Shopify stores
We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re looking for someone who’s great at problem-solving, genuinely enjoys helping people, and knows the Shopify ecosystem well.
You'll work directly with the founders and engineers to support merchants over chat, email, and video calls. Your job is to solve issues, guide merchants through setup, and help improve the overall product experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Shopify app support
- Familiarity with Shopify themes, apps, and Liquid
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick, calm, and focused on helping merchants succeed
This isn’t just a support role. We want someone who can think critically, build trust with merchants, and help shape how we do support as we grow.
This is a fully remote role — work from anywhere. We also offer team and revenue-sharing bonuses.
