Technical Support & Customer Relationship Manager – BIW Welding
📍 Pune / Chakan
Kay Vybin Corporation are a Pune-based automation and welding solutions company representing leading global principals in welding and automation for automotive BIW lines. We are looking for a technically strong manager to lead our customer support and service function for these product lines.
*What you'll do:*
🔹 Supervise and guide field service and support engineers in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site issues.
🔹 Manage key customer relationships across OEM and Tier-1 BIW accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
🔹 Own resolution of weld quality and equipment issues, coordinating technical escalations with our principals.
🔹 Support leadership in strategic planning, workflow optimization, and improving response and service turnaround.
*What we're looking for:*
✅ Experience in technical support, service, or applications for welding or manufacturing equipment.
✅ Working knowledge of resistance welding and/or stud welding (controllers, transformers, electrode/stud setup).
✅ Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or production engineering.
✅ Strong customer-handling skills and willingness to travel to customer plants.
