Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Manager based in Mumbai. The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and implementing solutions to address and resolve technical challenges. Key duties include managing technical support teams, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires liaison between onshore and offshore teams to maintain operational continuity and service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues effectively.
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage relationships and ensure client needs are met.
  • Leadership and team management abilities to guide and support technical support staff effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams, clients, and stakeholders across diverse locations.
  • Experience in the maritime industry or knowledge of ship management and operations will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
