Technical Support - Voice Process

Work Mode: On-site (Gurugram Sector - 30)

Shift: Rotational shifts (US Shift)

Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

Transport: Two-way company cab facility available within designated hiring zones


Requirements

  • Excellent spoken communication skills are essential
  • Open to both graduates and undergraduates
  • At least 6 months of experience in technical troubleshooting within an international support environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
