Role: Chat Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Customer Support / Chat Process
- Graduates & Undergraduates both can apply
- Good written communication skills in English required
- Technical Support experience will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Chat Support
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
