Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical & Support Head to lead pre-sales and post-sales support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, managing client relationships (national & international), and ensuring seamless end-to-end support across all service touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer support operations including pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Handle national and international client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Provide product/service guidance to customers and resolve technical or service-related queries
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high service quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) for smooth issue resolution
- Track and monitor customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and CRM updates
- Identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and implement solutions
- Train and guide junior support team members (if applicable)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in customer support (pre & post sales)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
- Clear and professional pronunciation and presentation skills
- Ability to handle international clients confidently
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic technical understanding to handle product/service queries
- Customer-centric approach with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (English medium preferred)
- Experience in customer support / client servicing / technical support roles
- Exposure to CRM tools or support systems is an added advantage
