📌 Role: Support Engineer

🌙 Shift: Night Shift (Permanent) — Please only apply if you are fully comfortable working night hours permanently.
✅ Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a support or technical role
- Must have hands-on experience or strong knowledge of trading (stock markets, algo trading, broker platforms, etc.)
- Familiarity with trading tools, order types, and broker integrations is a strong plus
🔹 What You'll Do:
1. Customer Support
Handle day-to-day user queries regarding platform connectivity, broker integration, and trade execution — ensuring users get fast, accurate, and helpful resolutions.
2. Pressure Management
Resolve critical, time-sensitive issues for users during live trading hours with a calm and professional attitude. When markets are moving, you're the one keeping things steady.
3. Platform Mastery
Continuously test the PickMyTrade platform to replicate user issues firsthand and provide accurate, experience-backed solutions.
