We’re looking for someone who enjoys both technical work and interacting with customers.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support customers over phone/WhatsApp and also visit sites for installation support and inspections. You’ll also assist our team in understanding site requirements before a project is finalised.
If you’re someone who wants to learn by doing and grow in the automation field, this role will give you real exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide technical assistance to customers.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Assist customers by diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to our products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support to clients.
- Record Keeping: Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Customer Guidance: Provide guidance on product setup, installation, and usage to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalation Handling: Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in creating or updating technical manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides based on common customer queries.
- Site Visits: Visit sites for installation support and issue checking
- Site Conditions: Inspect site conditions before quotation (wiring, feasibility, etc.)
- Co ordination: Share practical inputs with the sales team, Coordinate with internal team for technical support when needed
- Commissioning: Ensure systems are working properly after installation
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve services and products.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should have ability to quick learn products and self-learning quality is a plus
- Prior experience in a tele calling or technical support role is a plus.
- Knowledge of technical products and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tele-calling software is a plus.
- A basic understanding of Home Automation Products or technology is a plus.
