Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with basic AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge to support cloud environments and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and security-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, and VPC and basic understanding of cloud security concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Assist in managing and monitoring AWS services such as EC2, S3, and VPC.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting.
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and support tickets.
- Assist in configuring security groups, IAM roles, and access controls.
- Work with internal teams to ensure high availability and security of cloud systems.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Provide L1/L2 support for infrastructure-related issues.
Required Skills
- Basic hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
- Experience with EC2, S3, and VPC configuration.
- Understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud security concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
- Familiarity with IAM, Security Groups, and CloudWatch.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.
- AWS Certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect Associate is a plus.
