We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic CCTV Customer Support Executive to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. This opportunity is perfect for freshers who want to build their career in the CCTV & surveillance industry.
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with CCTV-related issues and basic troubleshooting
• Help in DVR/NVR setup, camera connectivity, and mobile viewing support
• Provide customer support through calls and WhatsApp
• Resolve basic networking issues related to IP Cameras and DVR/NVR systems
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
• Maintain proper customer support records and follow-up updates
• Guide customers with basic system checks and troubleshooting steps
