Job Description:
The Technical Support Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance and
troubleshooting support for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance
software. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and networking issues and
assisting customers, dealers, and installation teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and accessories
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Assist customers with installation and configuration
Configure IP cameras and NVR systems
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues
Handle technical queries from customers, dealers, and distributors
Provide remote troubleshooting via phone, email, or remote tools
Maintain service records and support tickets
Requirements:
Basic networking knowledge (IP address, routers, LAN)
Understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer support skills
Experience: 1– 5 years
Qualification: B. Tech. ,Diploma / Degree in Electronics, IT, or Computer Science
