Job OverviewWe are looking to hire a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers with product and service-related queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions
- Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
Requirements- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle customer issues patiently and professionally
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools or support systems is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred but not mandatory
