Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Executive to join our on-site team in Patna. The role involves providing prompt customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering solutions to clients' inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of support tickets. The Technical Support Executive will collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve technical challenges while ensuring excellent user experiences.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools to document and manage technical support tasks
- Prior experience in IT support roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
