Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic freshers and interns to join our Technical Support team. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support, telecom platforms, and basic troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in customer account setup and onboarding
- Provide support for basic customer queries and issues via email, chat, or calls
- Monitor applications and identify/report technical issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tickets
- Follow internal processes and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Eligibility- Diploma / Graduate / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (CS/IT/Telecom or related field)
