Job Title: Operation Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and field-active Operation Executive who is technically sound and experienced in handling product demonstrations, installations, maintenance, and technical support activities for our educational technology products.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing school visits, tender demonstrations, technical troubleshooting, and operational support activities while maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical understanding, field readiness, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
School Visits & Product Demonstrations
• Visit schools, educational institutions, and government bodies for product demonstrations and presentations.
• Conduct live demonstrations of educational technology products including Smart Classrooms, VR/AR Labs, 7D Chairs, and interactive learning systems.
• Explain product features, technical specifications, and educational benefits to school authorities and decision-makers.
Tender Demonstrations & Client Coordination
• Attend tender demonstrations, tender meetings, and technical presentation sessions as company representative.
• Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of demo setups, technical documents, and presentation materials.
• Handle communication and follow-ups with schools, institutions, and government authorities regarding technical requirements and support.
Technical Support & Installation
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support activities for digital learning products and equipment.
• Handle onsite and remote technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
• Ensure proper functioning and timely servicing of installed systems.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and project execution.
Reporting & Backend Operations
• Maintain records of demos, installations, service activities, and client interactions.
• Manage quotations, follow-ups, lead tracking, and backend documentation activities.
• Submit daily reports regarding field visits, demonstrations, support activities, and operational work.
• Support operational and administrative activities at the Baikunthpur location as required.
Event Participation & Customer Engagement
• Participate in educational fairs, expos, seminars, exhibitions, and institutional events.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with principals, management authorities, and institutional stakeholders.
• Ensure prompt response and high customer satisfaction through timely support and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Any Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of hardware, networking, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for field visits, demonstrations, and support activities.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation handling.
• Candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling field pressure independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in technical support, field operations, EdTech products, or customer support roles.
• Knowledge of Smart Classroom systems, VR/AR technologies, interactive panels, or digital learning solutions will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling school demos, installations, or technical presentations preferred.
