- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues and errors.
- Assist users with software functionality and usage.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug reporting and issue escalation.
- Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions.
