We are hiring Technical Support Executive to join our organization.
Role & responsibilities
- Remotely assist clients in installing our software, including setting up and troubleshooting hardware
- Assist clients with inquiries and questions about our software, making necessary changes to software settings and configurations based on client requests and requirements.
- Perform data entry tasks to input menus, store hours, and delivery areas for clients into our software system.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new technologies.
Location: Coimbatore
2-5 years of experience in handling international client
