Job Overview:We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide remote assistance to customers by resolving technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support via calls, chats, and emails
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
- Stay updated with product knowledge and technical processes
Required Skills:- Basic understanding of computer systems, internet, and troubleshooting
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a remote setup
Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support/customer support
- Graduate or undergraduate (technical background preferred)
- Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in voice/chat support processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
- Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.)
