Position: Customer Success Engineer (India)
Type: Full-time position
Compensation: $20K-$35K per year

Role Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve user-reported platform issues from initial report through root cause identification
- Reproduce bugs and analyze system behavior across web applications and AI-powered features
- Debug issues using logs, telemetry, network inspection, and database queries
- Distinguish between UX friction, model edge cases, and genuine system defects
- Escalate engineering issues while resolving others through configuration adjustments or user guidance
- Identify recurring product issues and communicate risks to engineering and product teams
- Create documentation and troubleshooting runbooks to improve resolution efficiency
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users while maintaining a helpful and empathetic tone
Requirements
- Technical background in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or practical experience supporting modern web applications
- Experience building or supporting applications using modern web technologies such as React, Node, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with debugging SaaS applications and investigating production issues
- Understanding of AI systems and experience interacting with large language models or generative AI tools
- Ability to analyze model outputs, identify failure patterns, and evaluate system behavior
- Familiarity with AI APIs or agent frameworks is beneficial
- Strong written communication skills and ability to provide precise and helpful support responses
