Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Technical Support Engineer L1 | Desktop Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware or software issues, and offering effective solutions. You will also ensure efficient customer support, address service requests, and resolve technical problems to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Experience in providing Customer Support and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse user groups
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in dynamic settings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus
