Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Technical Support Engineer L1.5 / Hardware Troubleshooting Engineer. The responsibilities include providing technical support, identifying and resolving hardware-related issues, troubleshooting customer-reported problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires prompt and effective solutions, clear communication, and proactive management of support tickets to address customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure user satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with hardware components and related technologies
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
