Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer L1.5 with 1 to 4 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru South location. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, analyzing problems to provide effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to improve overall support service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Analytical Thinking to identify and resolve problems
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide exceptional experiences for clients
- Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
- Experience in a technical support role or similar position preferred
