Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer | IT Support Engineer L 1.5 located in Bengaluru South. The role entails providing technical support to address user concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring swift and effective resolutions. A significant aspect of the job involves delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with teams to resolve IT-related problems. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining system functionality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve system problems effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service, ensuring a positive client experience
- Ability to manage and resolve issues under minimal supervision while collaborating with team members
- Relevant certifications in technical support or IT support are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Experience in IT support roles is highly desirable
