Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients using AWS CloudFormation, Java, Python, DevOps, and Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and mitigate any potential bugs or issues in the system.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure for clients.
• Provide technical training and support to internal teams on new technologies and tools.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to clients when necessary.
• Document and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing to provide innovative solutions to clients.
