🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Support Engineer (Graduate Engineering Trainee)
📍 Location: Mangalore
⏰ Shift: 9-hour rotational shifts (shift changes every month)
💼 Role Highlights:
✅ Work on website management, hosting, domains, and networking protocols
✅ Troubleshoot website, email, and DNS-related issues
✅ Interact with international customers through live chat support
✅ Learn technologies like HTML, WordPress, MySQL, PHP, cPanel, WHM, FTP, SMTP, DNS, and more
✅ Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and supportive environment
🎓 Eligibility:
BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / BCA / BSc Computers / MSc Computers / BCom with Computers
