Position Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Support team. The Engineer will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer service, and technical problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Customer Support: Assist in providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network problems efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
- Technical Guidance: Offer basic guidance on the use and configuration of our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 0-2 years in a technical support and experience in the telecommunications industry with an understanding of dialer software and related systems.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a understanding of networking, software troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
- Technical Guidance: Offer basic guidance on the use and configuration of our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
