Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Coimbatore. The role involves providing hands-on technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting clients with product functionality, and offering guidance to help improve operational performance. The position requires a proactive individual committed to problem-solving and maintaining open communication with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex issues and implement suitable solutions
  • Customer Support and Customer Service experience to provide effective and professional client interactions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to technical challenges as they arise
