Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer based in Mumbai, India. The Technical Support Engineer will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with a focus on resolving hardware and software issues
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a diverse audience
- Experience in working with network infrastructure or telecommunications systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
