Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer based in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers, providing technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will address troubleshooting requests, analyze technical problems, and contribute to improving overall technical support processes. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and maintain operational continuity for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex technical problems
- Experience in providing Customer Support and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant certifications in IT or network security are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
