Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide exceptional customer support, and assist in maintaining IT systems. The role involves identifying and addressing technical challenges, liaising with customers to resolve service concerns, and ensuring the effective operation of IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess system problems and propose efficient solutions.
- Customer Support and Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Experience in IT infrastructure solutions and familiarity with information security is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in an on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
