Job Title: DevOps / Technical Support Engineer

Qualification: B.Sc. in IT / Computer Science or related field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps / Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in Python, MySQL, and server management, along with good communication skills to handle technical support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for applications, servers, and client issues
* Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services
* Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues
* Work with development teams to deploy and maintain applications
* Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers (basic level)
* Handle database operations, queries, and performance tuning in MySQL
* Assist in automation and scripting using Python
* Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for issues and resolutions
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of *Python (mandatory)
* Good understanding of *MySQL (mandatory)
* Basic knowledge of *Linux and Windows servers
* Understanding of *DevOps concepts (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring)
* Troubleshooting and debugging skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities(mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
* Basic knowledge of *frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Experience with version control tools like Git
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
