- Target: Complete assigned tasks within the expected timeframe 95% of the time.

- Target: Achieve an average satisfaction score of 9/10 or higher in learner feedback.
- Measurement: Collect feedback through surveys after training sessions and calculate the average score.
KPI 3: Knowledge Improvement
- Target: Show a measurable improvement in cloud and technical knowledge over time.
- Measurement: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gains.
KPI 4: Team Collaboration
- Target: Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative tasks.

Key Responsibilities1. Interview Preparation- Conduct mock technical interviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Help learners prepare for both technical and behavioral interview rounds.
- Share real-world problem-solving approaches to help candidates handle interview challenges.
- Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles, suggesting improvements tailored to technical roles.
- Guide learners on interview strategies, technical concepts, and confidence building.
2. Learner Onboarding- Onboard new learners and understand their current technical skills and career goals.
- Assess existing knowledge gaps and recommend suitable training programs.
- Guide learners in selecting the most relevant technical courses and career paths.
3. Skill Gap Identification & Career Guidance- Evaluate learner progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Create personalised learning roadmaps aligned with industry demands.
- Mentor learners and keep them motivated throughout their job transition journey.
4. Technical Coaching- Provide guidance on roles such as:
- AI / ML Engineer
- Cloud Architect
- DevOps Engineer
- Data Engineer
- Help learners understand key technical skills required for specific job roles.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
QualificationsExperience- 2+ years of experience in technical roles such as:
- AI/ML Engineering
- Cloud Engineering
- Data Engineering
- DevOps or Software Development
- Experience in technical mentoring, coaching, or interview preparation.
- Strong understanding of technical interview processes in the tech industry.
Skills- Proficiency in one or more areas:
- AI / Machine Learning
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to identify skill gaps and provide structured learning solutions.
- Experience reviewing technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
- Familiarity with coding platforms, interview preparation frameworks, and job readiness programs.
