Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Technical Support Engineer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additional duties include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, offering effective solutions, and maintaining detailed documentation of support activities. The role requires proactive problem solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify patterns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effective Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide excellent client communication.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and clients, and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Familiarity with test and measurement instruments, and prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
