About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for our customers, distributors, and installers, providing expert technical assistance on our market-leading products. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting product issues, delivering technical training, and collaborating closely with our headquarters to enhance product quality and performance. Qualifications
- A degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in electrical or photovoltaic (PV) industry service is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and self-learning skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Proven teamwork abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and technical documentation management.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support for Growatt’s market products, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Deliver training sessions for distributors and installers to ensure proper product usage and maintenance, enhancing customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Report product faults, escalate significant quality concerns, and work closely with the headquarters to implement corrective actions and product improvements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, work reports, and logs in accordance with company policies to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries related to product faults, diagnostics, replacements, system upgrades, and routine maintenance visits, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Participate in on-site visits and technical assessments as needed to support customer operations and optimize product performance.
- Stay updated with the latest product developments, industry standards, and technological advancements to provide expert advice and support.
