Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, based in Delhi. The Technical Support Engineer will handle technical troubleshooting, respond to customer queries, resolve technical issues, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-notch customer service. The role involves analyzing and diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and collaborating with the internal team for issue resolution. The position also requires a comprehensive understanding of the company's communication platforms to deliver effective support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving software and hardware issues
- Strong Analytical Skills required to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service with a commitment to providing a positive client experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle onsite responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of unified communication systems or Voice BOT technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable
