Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems for application support
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting application issues in staging and production environments
- Experience in monitoring system performance and identifying root causes through log insights
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservices-based application stacks
- Skilled in leveraging observability platforms such as Grafana, Loki, and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for troubleshooting and monitoring
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitOps)
- Experience with API testing and validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for troubleshooting application data issues and performing ad-hoc reporting
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for ticketing and documentation
