Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Pune Division. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our IoT and factory digitization solutions. Responsibilities include offering real-time troubleshooting, providing high-quality customer support, assisting with system implementation, and ensuring seamless integration of our IoT Gateway and FactOS platform with customer infrastructure. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
- Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and resolve customer queries effectively
- Analytical Skills to identify patterns, evaluate technical problems, and implement data-driven solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment
- Familiarity with IoT technologies, factory shop floor automation, and industrial communication protocols is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Availability to work on-site in Pune Division and provide support during business hours
Required Qualifications
- BE / BTech (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of software and technical systems
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits and demos
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
Salary Range: 3 LPA to 5 LPA
