Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical operations support for high-volume/high-value applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults to ensure application stability and uptime.
- Support system upgrades, deployments, and operational changes.
- Follow structured IT incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and communication.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
- Analyze problems logically and drive solutions in situations with ambiguity.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Unix or Linux server platforms.
- Understanding of MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with IT incident, problem, and change management practices.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work proactively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills (if Any)
- Industry exposure to Telecom (Telco) environments.
- Experience working with CRM or marketing technology platforms.
